Nobis Rehabilitation Partners began in 2018 by the Founder Chester Crouch, who intended to repeat history and develop a company with the intention to operate several newly constructed inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Nobis Rehab is dedicated to managing hospitals and hospital-based units that will care for patients who have experienced life-changing diseases or injuries.
An investment was made at the opco level with allocations to both the underlying real estate as well as the hospital operating company.
Sabot Development acquired 9.63 acres adjacent to the Lakeline Station light rail & bus hub in North Austin. The 5.63 and 4.0 acre sites are within a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that allows for dense, mixed-use development. A Transit Oriented District (TOD) overlay allows for reduced parking, due to proximity to the mass transit. Sabot has broken ground on 378 apartments to rise at the site.
An investment was made as an LP in the syndication.
Sabot Development acquired 99 acres in between Bee Cave and Spicewood west of Austin. The property will be planned, subdivided, and parceled out to developers across a variety of property types, including retail, commercial, and residential.
An investment was made as an LP in the syndication.
